Bespoke to me, is getting your hands dirty. Taking the time to understand the client's concerns. That empowers me to craft solutions that deliver real value and not just a glossy PPT (which we also do well).
In most engagements, I like to explore the strategic angle first before deep diving into the technical and financial/ economic specifics. Aligning with the client's organisations goals is key to minimize wastage in terms of time and effort. Stress testing assumptions and sometimes going against the grain yields some interesting insights - my clients can vouch for it.
Agile, to me is about staying a step ahead — not just responding to client needs, but sensing where the market and users are headed. As an architect, I follow the design thinking ideology but with a strategic bigger picture in mind. I enjoy operating at that intersection — where design meets purpose and strategy meets people. In airports, agility means balancing long-term vision with real-time challenges, whether it’s shaping a terminal space or a master plan.

I am an architect with experience across landscape design and airport planning. I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from Bangalore University and began my career working on residential, commercial, and corporate campus landscape projects through both firm-led and independent projects. I have since transitioned into the aviation sector, supporting airport planning and Terminal design projects. Airports fascinate me for their ability to balance immense scale with deeply personal human experiences. Being part of spaces that become gateways to journeys and stories is what keeps me motivated and excited to grow within the aviation industry.
Yashwanth Burra
ANALYST
I am an Aviation Analyst with experience in demand forecasting, terminal capacity planning, and airport data analytics. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Big Data Analytics from CDAC, Chennai, and have worked extensively on traffic forecasting, econometric modeling, and capacity assessments for major airport projects. For me, analytics is about connecting data to real-world passenger trends and future capacity requirements. I have learned that the true value of analytics lies in being client-centric, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable clients to make well-informed decisions.
Karthika Ashok
ARCHITECT
I am an architect with a Bachelor’s degree from School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada. I have professional experience in spanning commercial interior projects and airport terminal and landside design. Airports drew me in for their dynamic nature- complex, time-sensitive environments shaped by constantly shifting flows of people, processes, and operations. They are spaces that belong to no one, yet belong to everyone. I am constantly seeking opportunities to learn and refine my approach. I believe an eye for detail is a non-negotiable quality for an airport planner. In environments this layered and demanding, precision is what turns complexity into clarity.
